My family and I have been eating at Kabul for over 20 years, and the food, service, and atmosphere have been top-notch every time. I'm a big fan of the qabili pallaw - lamb cooked with seasoned rice, topped with raisins and shaved carrots. Everyone else usually gets kabob plates. The kadu (seasoned squash) is an excellent side dish. The soup is delicious and hearty, which was really welcome on a cold, wet Valentines day.
The lamb taste very good. It have stronger flavor than regular Indian restaurant. Food size is large.
We had the combination Kebabs (beef and lamb). The food tasted amazing and the portions we're good. The staff was really attentive and filled our drinks consistently, even when it was pretty busy. The lighting and atmosphere felt cozy. Would definitely come again and recommend to others.
One of my regular goto options. Excellent food and reasonably priced. Parking: Parking garage a block away, but street parking is usually not to difficult to find
Delicious kebabs, friendly staff.
