Kabayan Grill Food Truck

I was drawn to this food truck by the bright color and appealing menu and decided to order a Philippian classic, pork sisig. It turned out to be a big disappoinment. The food was a mix of raw onion, pig ears and overly dry pork pieces mixed with spicy mayo, nothing near authentic. It's consistently lowly rated at other Kabaya Grill food trucks and their main store. Unfortunately this truck doesn't add much to the neighborhood.
