Excellent food. Even my 6 and 3 year old gobbled it up. They had indoor and outdoor tables for eating. Close to the campus. The service was excellent. We’ll be coming back next time we’re in town.
Really small hole in the wall indian restauran. I love all the different rolls they offer. Great variety and good portions for the price. I can never leave without a mango lassi. Super yummy! Parking: Location is right in front of Old Main (U of A) and its a very popular area so street parking is usually difficult but there are plenty of open parking garages within a block or two.
Order at the counter, fairly fast service. Super delicious lamb kabob, surprisingly tender. I picked medium heat, and it is very mild. Next time - high heat. The place could be cleaner. I came late afternoon, and there was plenty of time to pick up after the lunch rush.
Ordered through DoorDash Good portion. I had the chicken tikka masala with garlic naan. Best Indian I’ve had in Tucson. So happy I found this place. I ask for spicy it was a milder spicy I think but well balanced fresh food. Amazing 10/10
Really delicious Indian food. The chef/proprietor really knows how to create complex flavors.
Small shop but great food. I suggest take out. They package it all well. Try the malai kofta or the tikka!
UPDATE: this place is still great and I will be back again as soon as I can. They had the best aloo and garlic naan, chicken biryani and daal tadka I have had in at least 8 years, in fact the best since I was last in India. I asked for the biryani to be spicy, and though the cashier asked if I was sure, it was absolutely perfectly spicy. I will be back for more at Kababeque Indian Grill, and may make it a regular stop when in Tucson. Parking: Parking is a challenge, but worth it to find for this food.
