The J in JW used to mean Jean. Years ago, Jean sold JW Chen to Danny. She did this because the landlord of the property wasn’t an upstanding individual. Danny couldn’t make it, so guess who owns it? That’s right, the landlord; though possibly through a close relative of his. The same landlord that was the reason Jean walked away from her great restaurant, now is benefiting from it on the back of all Jean’s efforts and reputation. There are two other great Chinese/Asian restaurants within a block of this location. If scruples matter, please consider those restaurants. Edited after owner’s response. Your response completes the picture. Papa John’s left the same strip mall for the reason Jean did, both themselves publicly stating their complete dissatisfaction with their landlord. That’s not slander, those are quotes. Do the honorable thing and change the name. Don’t mislead people into believing it’s the same place. Jean has nothing to do with your restaurant.
Excellent authentic Chinese food. Good service. Hard working and friendly folks. Prices are very reasonable.
The gochujang chicken wings were spectacular, and staff very nice. Will be back soon.
Great food, and amazing pork buns!
One of my favorite restaurants in South Bend. The manager is so nice, and the meal is delicious! Recommended!
必须给满分好评~很喜欢这家,经常来吃。店主人也很好。店是刚刚重新装修,店主之前是金龙餐厅的老板(我之前最喜欢的一家)。 现在每次去都吃一样的,下次要尝一尝其他菜品~
