I asked if they had something that was in their flyer and the disinterested person stocking said "come back some other time". Their produce department has greatly improved but generally their sale items are devesated and not restocked. Good location if your grocery list is candy and canned food .The prices aren't really competitive any more and the quality is sometimes so low , you really aren't saving if you have to compromise your standards on food.

Decent selection of daily pantry things. I find their produce very hit and miss. Any “specials” tend to mean “going bad soon”. Or they will bag up a bunch of apples for a deal but then every one of them is bruised. Very often the cauliflower is half rotting. You have to be selective. Otherwise, for canned goods like beans or tuna or tomato sauce they often have good sale. Definitely not a place for people watching. Ha ha

Why do they employ people with zero customer experience? I bought a sealed block of cheese, got it home, it was covered in mildew! Took it back they studied my receipt for goodness knows how long, did not utter a single word or apology I felt it was my fault! The checkout staff are all kids who cannot even say hello!..well done again Loblaws you certainly know how to treat people
