This is the second time I ordered my lunch to pick up, I had to wait for 10 minutes for them to prepare my salad, but it was supposed to be ready according to the time the app gave me. The staff did not apologize. The first time I had to wait 15 minutes, that time I didn't leave my review thinking this wouldn't happen again. It's not fair that people like me who leave work to pick up lunch and have to wait longer than the times indicated in the app, plus you put up with bad service. It is a lack of consideration and respect for the client.
I’ve been twice this week and the experience and food was really good. Andrea made my bowl, and she made it just right. Also I talked to Rafael, the store manager and he was very welcoming and friendly. The two times I’ve came in the store all the food servers and cashiers have had great and positive customer service. Also the place is very clean.
Rafael was very nice and Mina made my wrap to perfection. Great customer service from all employees every time I come and the location is clean

Jeanne is so amazing at her job, she went above and beyond proving amazing customer service experience and had me smiling or laughing the whole time, Jeanne was also very knowledgeable on the menu and offered some great suggestions, definitely coming here again, hope everyone gets the chance to be served by her u won’t regret it
