Junkanoo Taste Bahamian Seafood Restaurant

The waitress was very slow!!! We had to repeat our order several times. She never brought us utensils and we didn’t get drinks until 30 minutes later after we had to ask. The potato salad was terrible and the couch fritters wasn’t that good. However, the cracked conch was good & tinder. It took them almost an hour to bring the food so you can order and go shopping. Maybe it’ll be ready. We were the only people there so it shouldn’t have taken that long!!! I had to call the restaurant to ask her to bring our check because she was in the back forever!!! I pray they get their act together.

Food was delicious. I ordered the steamed grouper dinner. It came with fried plantain and potato salad. Plus, I ordered a side a macaroni. 10/10

Not Bahamians at all....they say they are,their haitians all the way. False advertising with the same logos from the previous owners. I waited so long form my food. Never again don't waist time or money

The Boil fish and grits, juice is good but the fish is not it taste like I’m eating boiled tilapia the fish do not have bones I guess Im use to the southern fish and grits as for the chicken souse, it is very good

The food here is everything The Bahamas is about when it comes to the flavors of our cuisines! No, disappointment here for my husband and me. Wow!!! Simply delicious!!! Thank you, Junkanoo Owners and Chef(s) for keeping everything AUTHENTIC!!!! ❤️

I don’t know what to say this food was horrible I don’t if they changed cooks or owners or what happened but if god sending me to heaven to come eat there hell is where I’ll be living trash trash trash

The place was dark, floor was sticky by the stools. The conch salad was really good though. I believe I spoke to the owner he was very nice.
