Juicy Seafood Nolensville Pike

This was the worst seafood bag I have ever tried. First I got the juicy special and when I say there was no flavor at all. Everything tasted fishy or just plain bland. The crab legs were over cooked as well as the shrimp and that was not deveined properly.The manager tried to make it right but adding more seasoning, which was appreciated but still did not resolve the general issue of having old or overcooked food. Me and the manager went back and forth and he wouldn't allow it to be unpaid. They have no one to answer to... no corporate contact or owner information provided cause they didn't know or didn't have any knowledge about that. I was not happy with the food nor the service . Very disappointing that I had to pay for something I didn't fully eat nor enjoy. Bad business Juicy seafood.

Ordered Clam Chowder and recieved 2 containers of barely warm milk water with a couple clams in it. Never been able to pour a chowder down the sink before. Progresso soup is a better call than this. Save your money.

Food was good. You get a lot for your money. The atmosphere is lacking, very boring.

This was the most disappointing seafood experience as 02/03/24, I placed an order for 1/2 green mussels, 1/2 pound black mussels, and 1 1/2 pound snow crab, and two boiled eggs totaling $72.88. I got home 20 minutes later to find I’d been charged $87.46, to where I immediately called and asked why I’d been overcharged since I remember signing my receipt for a total of $72.88 and was told by the person I’d talked to since placing the initial order now 4 times, that multiple people have had this issue and to wait a week for the extra $15 to be refunded like a “hold”. I’ve never known juicy seafood to have a hold nor mandatory gratuity. After the call, I begin eating and there’s no seasoning on anything at all. The entire boil was dry as if it were frozen and flashed thawed, most the mussels were broken and really mushy floating at the bottom, every single crab leg was very low quality and had almost no crab and if it did it was stuck to the inside of the shell like it had been overcooked and frozen. I’d been looking forward to this meal and intended to find it here it knowing it’d be pricey but was completely let down and also low key robbed.
