Healthy smoothie and juice spot in the Austin airport. Came here prior to a flight and got a protein smoothie. Two sizes available. They have premade juices as well if you’re in a rush. Credit cards only. There’s plenty of seating available and it’s close to a taco spot and grab n’ go place if you need something more substantial. You pay first and then they’ll call your order when it’s ready.

Ordered a honey berry bowl…took my money..plus a tip. Then three employees continued to talk forgot I had even ordered. Then after waiting about 10-15 mins make it in a cup, dumped into bowl & said sorry we don’t have strawberries. Then when asked about bananas said they don’t do that even though it’s on the menu. Asked for my money back & magically they were able to cut strawberries but when asked for the money back I got hit with an attitude & said I had to wait for supervisor to get out of rr & continued conversation. I love Juiceland but this one is sad.

Horrible customer service. The staff obviously didn’t want to be there and were complaining about having to stay late and Juice Land being stingy with overtime. We were either in line or waiting for our food for 20 minutes (a long time considering how short the line was). It didn’t go any faster with staff moving at a snail’s pace or even just standing there staring at the order screen. They were obviously disgruntled and had an attitude when making smoothies and interacting with customers. Niella, in particular, was throwing scoops down after using them and throwing ingredients into blenders with an obvious attitude. It seems like management needs to do a better job of taking care of its people and customers. We won’t be going back to this location the next time we travel.

Staff is mean. If you order a small, they make too much so the scoop of protein and anything you pay extra for like spiraling gets diluted and thrown away. I asked to keep the extra but they would only let me pay for a second one to get the rest of mine.

Absolute horrible experience. Unfortunatly I was refused service by an employee named Renee. My son and I walked to the register at 7:55 pm and asked if they were open. I was told they were closed said thank and walked away. I later passed by the same shop less than 5 minutes after and they were serving customers. Unfortunately I was with my 9 year old son and he saw that they were actually open. It is absolutely unfortunate that my child witness someone basically refusing service to us. Once retured my son to my husband, I asked Renee why she would refuse our service. I was told I didn't refuse your service, I just forgot I had extra in the back. This is absolutely unacceptable and was told that I was ragging her for asking why she we do that. I asked for a manager and no one could find them. The way she treated me and my son is absolutely horrible and we wil never return . I will definitely contact corporate.

Horrible service. The employee, Anisha, was very rude. Her attitude was very adversarial and disinclined. She refused to take my daughter's order because they were out of blueberries and they "couldn't make the smoothie" even though my daughter didn't want any blueberries in it. The place was literally empty and we were the only customers there. Will never buy something from there. This is a reflection on the quality of service and not the goods because we didn't get to taste it.

Glad there's an option for something on the healthier side in the airport, but very limited options. Only two premade juices, both of which are on the more difficult side to drink, strong, not sweet enough and bitter in the case of the green one. I mixed the two half and half to cut the ginger in the beet one and cut the bitterness in the green one. I was surprised to not see an orange/carrot type base. Especially catering to morning travelers in an airport.

Every time I fly out of Austin, I stop by JuiceLand for a smoothie. They’re so refreshing before a flight, and the service is fast. JuiceLand is located across from gate 16. I used to get the Home Run (apple, banana, and strawberry) but I recently tried the Honey Beary (almond milk, banana, blueberry, peanut butter, and Texas wildflower honey) and it’s my new favorite.

This Honey Beary might be the best thing since sliced bread!
