Not inviting, no good-vibe energy into making the smoothie and horrible customer service.

Asian lady with squared face cannot speak French and is super rude. I asked for one of their energetic smoothie, she said there were no more and then I proceed to ask her very politely what she had in stock she yelled at me telling me to check the menue . She also didn’t ask me what size I wanted and charged me for a large when I wanted a small. The smoothie was mid.

My friend and I were the only one in line and the employee was working / moving painfully slow ....... it took her like ..... 25 min to do our smoothies..... she kept switching between cleaning the back counter and the blender

I need to know why this place doesn't have a functional lid for their drinks? They're all sealed shut so why give me a straw if I can use it with the lid it's so counter productive. The service was absolutely awful. They are offering products that you can no longer get and get upset when asked about them. When I ordered my drink the lady told to get over there and gestured to the other side of the counter. Like what

The lady is very rude i asked for my birthday reward she rudely asked me to leave saying that there is no such policy when they have clearly mentioned on their website that they serve special rewards for birthday. Never going there again

Very rude service from the asian cashier lady. She yelled at me every single time she speak:”LATER”, “HOW TO PAY”, “WAIT THERE”. Her face expression is angry and unhappy, I don’t know what did I do wrong to her to receive such service like this. The smoothie was bad too, sour and thick.
