The owner was very nice, since walking in she greeted us with a good morning and a smile. I got the menudo and it was good but better than some other places. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly Wheelchair accessibility: 1st floor easy access

Food was ok but that's not the issue I had. The problem is that I paid for an online order and when I got there to pick it up I was charged AGAIN. I told the woman that I already paid online and she told me that the online charge was just a Temporary hold, so I paid again. A few days later after the transaction cleared it was a charge and NOT a TEMPORARY hold like she said. So I paid $40 for something that was only $20. I didn't get a refund either, and I have the receipts. So anyone else who pays for online orders with card ..please be careful!
