The food is really good, chicken, rice, beans, potato salad, and their salsa were all perfect. The staff are very friendly and the service is quick. I will definitely come back here over the other popular chain of similar food. The rice is different it's not red rice, it's arroz con polo, chicken rice but it's very flavorful, like all of their food.

I've been going to Juan Pollo for years and I've never really had any issues but it seems like lately the person making the burritos has been slacking since I've had bones in it. This is the 2nd time it's happen at this location. I figured the 1st time was a fluke but I guess they just don't care. Super disappointed.

Fast, quick and good food! Juan pollo will always be our place to get dinner from whenever we’re too lazy to cook. We love their potato salad and rice.
