Came 2hrs before the concert, bat was 85% empty, asked if we could sit at the empty bar NO! from the RUDE hostess, quote "it's reserved for people who are not here, its a 2hr wait, can I walk up and get a drink NO!, nor even standing room ???? NO! not nice at all RUDE!!! and quite frankly STUPID as you are missing out on customers. I'm not sure or even care to understand the logic, but im sure you'll reply with some sort of explanation. My advice, STAY AWAY! Go around the back side of the Stadium off Orangewood or ANYPLACE else.
I'm Japanese, but I just happened to find this restaurant when I was thinking of having a meal before the Angels game. The waiters were all very nice! The food was delicious and it was a great trip.I am sad that another store has closed. If I'm in Anaheim again one day, I'll eat here.I have high hopes for the future! Wishing you prosperity!Thank you very much!Special thanks to our waiter, Jonathan!I respect you!
Service was ok our server was very friendly. Drinks were ok. Appetizers, pretzel and cheese ok. Jalapeño poppers were terrible. bacon was raw so was the jalapeño. The best thing about the evening was our server Paula. We'll never go back!!!
My Hamburger was ok not that great for the price they charging. The service was good but it really over price.
They have updated their menu quite a bit and some of the bartenders there are so awesome!! I like the Mac and cheese balls and frito pie. You can sit outside or inside.
Wonderful! My daughter and I had the most fantastic lunch there! The hamburger was cooked exactly the way we wanted and was perfectly seasoned. We also had a delicious Shrimp Cerveche with wonderful flavors. Our server, Fabian was very attentive, checking on us for drink refills etc. And, I have to say that the restaurant was very clean. I will most definitely go back!
My Mom and I took a girls trip to Anaheim to see the Houston Astros vs LA Angels. We checked out of our room at Ayres Hotel (very comfy btw) and had 3 hrs before our return train ride home. We spent the best 2 hrs having lunch at JT Schmid's. The staff were so nice, our Server Fabian treated us like Queens, and the FOOD!! OMG, so delicious! The shrimp ceviche appetizer was amazing, and then we split the best darn cheeseburger we could remember having! They served both halves of the burger on seperate plates with all the toppings on the side so we could both enjoy it with different flavors. This place is outstanding and the only way we could've enjoyed it more would be to catch their Happy Hour pre-game specials & appetizers! JT Schmid's is amazing and a must visit restaurant if you are in Anaheim!!
Came here on a Friday night with my wife , place was pretty slow, which can be good sometimes in my opinion. Started with an order of their Chile lime wings. Seasoning was good and the wings were piping hot just like we like em. I believe they came with some Cilantro ranch or something of that nature, it was ok, nothing to write home about. We then followed it up with their brisket pizza and added some jalapeños. The BBQ sauce was pretty good and not overbearing and the brisket was tasty as well. More brisket would have been nice seeing as it was $22 for a small sized pizza. Ordered a couple of beers, a blonde and some type of whit beer (similar to a shocktop or blue moon) both were ice cold and crisp. The manager Sarah was nice and attentive. Will be back to try the Chilean sea bass next time.
