Jpan Sushi & Grill

Mediocre. Not bad, not great. The steamed buns were like little tacos, which was weird. The tempura in my sushi rolls were a little on the mushy side.

First-time here and loved it. Staff attentive, quick service, food was hot and well prepared. We will be back for more of your great sushi

Best sushi and atmosphere!! Always has amazing service and accepts dogs on the patio which makes us love it even more!! 100% recommend!! Bam is an amazing waitress and always remembers us!! Kid-friendliness: Super accepting to all ages!! Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible to all

An okay place. I was not impressed with the food or service the day I went.

Wish I could rate this place 10 stars! Came here with my husband and some friends and we ordered 10 rolls. Ya know how there’s usually 1 or 2 that you just don’t like?… not here! Every single roll was amazing! We actually finished all 10 and then ordered 4 more of our favorites from the original 10. Also got some kind of spicy margarita (forgot what it’s called) that was also incredible! Highly, highly recommend. The service at the UTC location was awful. We came up to the host stand and there were three girls all on their phones that didn't acknowledge or greet us. We asked to be seated and the hostess that we got not only had an attitude, but was dressed very trashy with her butt cheeks hanging out of her dress. We were seated for 20 minutes and noticed that other customers that arrived after us were being waited on, while still no one had come up to our table. We left at that point. If you like Jpan, go to the siesta key location. I've never had any complaints with the service there. I don't think I'll be going back to jpan however, as the quality of their sushi isn't the best and their prices are increasing.

Sushi always fresh!! Just be prepared to wait, it is worth it!
