FREE PARKING in Garage for 2hrs, enter up the Hill on 10th from Jackson. This a rare benefit for Chinatown Park free for 2hours on Garage Entrance floor(4th) or next floor down (3rdflr) Take Elevator down to 2nd Floor to restaurant. Stopped in for quick bite. Flavors authentic and will dine again sometime. Many rave about the Dim Sum and Restaurant serves till 3PM. We discovered a DIm Sum variety of Fried Shrimp in Bean Curd Wrappers very tasty and seldom seen in Dim Sum House offerings. The Chive shrimp pan fried in won ton wrappers is another variation of a commonly found steamed version. Also their Turnip cake has a added sweetness to the mix. Recently ordered Seafood Hotpot. Good flavor and shrimp crunchy.

I met my niece for lunch today. We had tried Joyale on another occasion, but it was closed. We arrived a few minutes before the opening at 11, but it was absolutely dark. We almost left when a woman came off the elevator and told us she would be right back. We were a bit skeptical that even if we got in, the restaurant couldn't possibly be ready to serve. No problem ... within minutes after we sat down, the tea was on the table, and a few moments later, carts with fresh dim sum were on offer! The kitchen staff was clearly on premises well before the dining room opened! We chose an assortment from the cart and off the menu, and it was all fresh and absolutely delicious. We consider ourselves fairly astute consumers of dim sum - my mother was from Guangzhou and most recently Honolulu + we travel through Asia extensively. The joong was really well done; the texture of the rice was so soft ... the congee was very light and flavorful - the consistency was perfect! I ordered youtiao for the congee, and it was crispy but not greasy ... I must mention the dan tart ... (egg custard) ... best served warm ... oh my, so delicious ... the shell was flakey and the custard so smooth and silky - If u can, invite a big group LOL ... lot of different options to share + it's cheaper after you split the bill w/ a big group

Great Dim Sum! Some of the best Chinese food I've had in Seattle. The restaurant could use some freshening up though.

I would say everything is good and the best part is the free parking in the garage. Parking: Free for the first 2 hours.
