My personal favorites are the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and the Yellow Cake flavors. The Cookie Dough is perfectly balanced - not too sweet, with generous chunks of cookie dough that are a delight in every scoop. The Yellow Cake, on the other hand, is like a festive celebration in a cup – Nilla Wafers, rich, creamy, and bursting with the flavor of classic yellow cake. But the real star of the show is their waffle cones. Handmade and freshly prepared, they add an extra layer of joy to the ice cream experience. Crispy, light, and with just the right amount of sweetness, these cones complement any flavor you choose. Portion sizes are generous, ensuring you get good value for your money. The staff at Josh and Johns are also worth mentioning – friendly, enthusiastic, and always ready to offer recommendations. Overall, Josh and Johns is a must-visit spot in Colorado Springs. Delicious ice cream

Awesome legendary local craft ice cream shop. They have a regular selection of flavors as well as seasonal and artisanal specials - my favorite to date was the habanero key lime! Order and eat it there or I love their easy grab and go from the case. If youre a local check out their sticker days and Icecreamometer Cards which give you more punches the colder it is outside!
