As a European I have never been very impressed with the ice cream here. Today we visited Josh and John's for the first time and I have to rectify that statement. Their ice cream is great and will definitely warrant a return. Great job!

Good ice cream, but consistently understaffed. Also, all napkins, spoons etc are all guarded behind the counter so make sure you get what you need (they will not ask) or you will have to wait in line again just to get a napkin. Seems really inefficient

Parking: Limited number of parking spots

Overall, it is the best ice cream I've had in Colorado Springs. However, some of the seasonal/top shelf flavors are a bit hit-and-miss. On top of this, if you order a specialty flavor with a waffle cone expect to spend $7+ on an ice cream cone, which is a bit pricey in my opinion.
