Recently became pregnant and did an Uber Eats order for assorted cookies for $18.99. Hunger cravings, that’s all I have to say. …Well, they blocked me from ordering too much in the past 2 weeks. Yup, lol. I only ordered 4 times at this bakery. Yesterday it went through. & then I got sent “order cancelled by customer” (I didn’t cancel). This time my husband ordered the “assorted cookies” about 5 mins after & his order went through! They gave me the stalest cookies. Now, if you don't want to be bothered by “special instructions” to an item on your menu, then turn it off on your merchant profile OR call the customer directly to let them the item can’t be customized to what cookies you want. Most bazaar thing ever. Lost a loyal customer.

Amazing peanut butter and chocolate cookies.

This place has gone downhill in a big way. I walked into the bakery a few days ago around 11 AM on a Tuesday. There were no customers, just me. Two employees behind the counter, a young woman and an older woman were in a deep conversation and did not look up when I walked into the shop. They didn't say hello, good morning, may we help you, or drop dead, nothing. Finally, I said, in a friendly voice with a smile, "Hello!" The older woman looked up and said "hi" and then went right back to her conversation with the younger woman. I was in the the shop all of five minutes and walked out. Neither woman said goodbye, nothing. I've given this shop way too many chances since the original owners sold it. The original owners were great, but since they sold the place, it continues to decline in product and especially service. Last year, I purchased a dozen cookies. All of them tasted the same and several were stale. So, you heard it here, I'm done for good with Joseph's Pastry Shop. There are so many excellent bakeries within a 3-10 miles radius. I was going to Joseph's because it was close to my office. Not anymore, I'm done for good.

Stopped by Joseph’s Italian Pastry Shop and it was fantastic. All the pastries looked good, but the cookie sandwich was the star. We couldn’t even wait to eat it, had it right in the car! It was delicious - the cookies were just the right kind of chewy, and the filling was perfect. Looking forward to try the rest we got! Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for some tasty treats.

I ordered a few things and I was able to get there just before they closed, it was really nice I enjoyed picking out different desserts... nice size portions I'll definitely be back.

I wanted to buy the rainbow cookies, I walked in and I was the only customer at the bakery. The lady at the counter was on the phone walking around apparently taking an order, she never made eye contact with me, ignoring me for over 5 minutes. I decided to leave. My last time.

I purchased a large canolli and a crub cake. After I made my purchase I noticed three large boxes of pre-made canolli shells sitting on the shelf, this was after the very rude teenager told us everything was made fresh daily. The canolli was meh at best. The shell was hard, the filling tasted old almost seperating and was barely filled. I found three tiny chocolate chips hidden inside. Canolli kitchen has WAY better canolli's. The crub cake is hard as a rock, definitely NOT fresh. Very disappointing. I saw the longest line before Christmass and thought they would be worth it. I was very wrong.

I love this place! Real authentic Italian pastries! Best cannoli cream I've ever had!
