The most underrated restaurant in CO springs!! We have very high standards being from the south and used to great cuisine and this restaurant delivers every time with all their dishes we have tried. Authentic and family owned. Highly recommend!!

Loved the great cuisine. Recommend the crab stuffed chicken marsala. So good! Pricy but worth it. (We were glad we had a gift card given to us by my husband's boss to help $$) Unfortunately, they were out of chocolate cake, but their cake w/an Italian cream and berries did not disappoint. Hoping to dine their again.

We took my mother-in-law and my husband's two adult out of town daughters to Joseph's for MIL's 79th birthday. It was a wonderful evening! We had Valerie as our awesome server (all the other staff who pitched in were awesome too). Valerie was as much a part of our experience as was the food. She was a sweetheart and a hoot!! We enjoyed her so much. She's enthusiastic about the restaurant, the food, Mr. Joseph himself, and just clearly loves the place and it shows, and is also a great bartender. I had a seafood pasta with mussels, calamari, prawns, and scallops. The broth was a light wine sauce (they had a similar option on the menu with a cream sauce). It was delicious! Seafood was done to perfection! My husband and I each had the escargot en croute, that we shared with the table. Everyone loved it. My husband, a total meat and potatoes guy, had the lobster and scallop tortellini and cleaned his plate. He loved it! MIL had the special fish, a sea bass in a lovely sauce. She loved it. The girls were also happy, one had a red trout (said to be the best she's had) and the other a pork chop which was delicious and tender. Cocktails were well made and the wine list was very good. Only negative, and not a big one, is that we were seated in a weird corner that made access for servers difficult. But it was also nice and private. Absolutely did not impact our meal. Wonderful evening, terrific food, outstanding service!!

Not as advertised: Joseph's "fine" dining and "Chef" Joseph needs improvement. The place is a bit of a comical joke and a perfect candidate for kitchen nightmares. I suspect they are barely hanging on by a thread as I'm sure they have zero return customers. If you are going to advertise yourself as fine dining, than that is the level you should be pumping out in the kitchen. First off, their prices listed online on their site are completely different when you get to the restaurant so they can price gouge the hell out of you on a date. The bread, lamb chops, and ambiance was good, but that is about it. Chairs are quite uncomfortable and they have no booths. The carpet is beyond disgusting and needs to be cleaned/ replaced immediately. I've never seen carpet as black, dirty as theirs. The 'crab' stuffed mushrooms were not worth much. They tasted like canned tuna fish with mayo mixed in them =/ We ordered a crab/ lobster tortellini for $50 and the pasta was certainly not fresh made, nor was the seafood actually made into the pasta. Also, the lobster was tough / chewy because it wasn't fresh. Lamb chops were actually quite tasty but the side fixings were cheap garbage. Baby carrots and under cooked asparagus are not fine dining. The sauce for the lamb literally tasted like A1 steak sauce with some red wine reduction added. Of course we didn't get dessert (bill was already pushing $200 for 2 people). I'm assuming this place is bankrupt because no one is going to return to pay this much for food that is literally better at most any brewery, red lobster, TX roadhouse, etc. Good luck to this restaurant.

Great place for a birthday dinner. The food is simply amazing and you feel right at home with the kindness that is shown from the moment you step inside. 10/10!

Was super over priced for what we had, also had no taste to the food at all, then also my wife got sice from her tortellini and was not a good experience!
