the staff was friendly and attentive. The sushi tasted fresh and was affordable
So I decided to try this place last night, and I am paying for it in a real way. The combination plate I ordered for my son double salmon no teriyaki sauce. The salmon wasn’t even halfway cooked. I had a spider roll and a lobster roll and I was food poisoned. I’ve been sitting on the toilet most of the morning. It is now afternoon I’m on the toilet for my fourth time with diarrhea and I’m vomiting. If you want to take your chances eating here do so at your own risk, but you have been warned, their food sucks balls and is a risk of you getting sick, so take your chances if you like. My family and I will never eat here again ever. Those of you who say the food is good maybe you had a good experience I’m not sure some people will eat anything and say it’s good not me again, I got food poisoning from this place and their food!
DO NOT EAT HERE... you will get sick! My husband and I came here for date night. We each got a Bento box, shared takoyaki, seaweed salad and 2 rolls. The takoyaki was half ice cold and half burning hot. The seaweed salad was good, the rolls were made completely wrong and one of them even tasted bad. BUT that wasn't the worst part, my salmon teriyaki was lukewarm, it happens with seafood so I didn't complain. But my husbands chicken teriyaki with crunch roll and chicken fried rice came out completely wrong at first, they gave him beef teriyaki, white rice with Cali roll and the beef was ice cold. He returned it and got the right meal except the chicken was ICE COLD. We told the server again but you could tell that she couldn't do anything about it. Both of us left with most of our meals still on the table and a stomach ache. Couple all of that with slow service, rude servers and a very dirty bathroom. We will never return and will never recommend anyone to try this place. Actually, the exact opposite, if you're thinking of trying Jono's just don't!
Always an amazing experience - love the crew and team here.
Sushi was not good. Thin layer of fish. Lots of Soy sauce in the bottom. Same prices of much better places. Expensive for the quality and taste
Sorry. Just an opinion. I went for lunch and the fish was nit fresh. Was pretty firm instead of soft and the sushi had a fisher than normal taste to it. Also for happy hour I still spent 30 bucks on three 5 piece rolls and a drink. Two stars because the lady was nice but I will not go back there. And I never really leave bad reviews.
I was the only person in the restaurant and had to ask for my check and when I ordered off happy hour menu they charged me regular menu and wouldn't take the price off I even point into the picture on happy hour the girl was on her phone all the time but other than that it was great sushi good atmosphere.
Some of their rolls are kinda small but taste wise there not bad at all
