Never recommend this place. The service is so awful. This is my second time here. This time, the checking lady on the first floor is mostly a racist. She was so rude to me and yelled at me to avoid me entering with drinks. But was friendly and smiling to another group of people.
Second floor and a little hidden away. They won’t seat you until the party is arrived and it can be annoying when there is that one person. The food is worth waiting for thou. We got the bbq meal and some extra dishes. Why is it so expensive to eat in ktown now?
In terms of service and food, the quality was alright. The food wasn't bad but it wasn't amazing either especially for the price. My partner and I got the beef platter and it says it serves 2-3 people but there's barely enough for 2 people. They do give you a lot of sides though. My server was nice she cooked the meat well and cut it into the perfect size. My only complaint was the front desk/host stand. You're supposed to check in at the main floor with the host before heading upstairs. When my partner and I arrived, there was one person before us so we waited behind her. The male host saw us come in after her. We moved over behind here so we wouldn't block the door. When we moved, a group of 4 stood in our previous spot and while the lady he was helping was talking to her companion, he helped the group or 4 first even though he knew we were next. He basically let them cut us and when we tried to get a table, he told us to wait. When we asked about the difference between the 2nd and 5th floor, he looked extremely annoyed before explaining it to us. tl;dr male host was rude and the saving grace was the average food and service.
It’s such a huge place spread over 2 floors one on the 2nd and one on the 5th floor of the Korea town …it is a little difficult to find the entrance as their board is weirdly located …but it’s worth the search the meat that they serve is soo soft and melting..loved the marination also and the dips were also tasty..it’s a must try and it gets crowded in the weekends so reservation would be a safe bet..
The food and service are great, but the portions are pretty small. The large beef platter barely satisfies both me and my wife. Wait time was about 10 mins for Sat dinner.
Front is always chaotic but once you are upstairs, its awesome
Spent over $200 bucks to be rushed out of our seat in less than 45 minutes. The food is ok but not worth everyone in the restaurant rushing you out every 2 minutes. The girls next to us were free to stay for 2 hours but we were told to leave. Not worth the money imo. Go somewhere else
Great KBBQ spot with friends. Super fun and food is great. Recommend
