Jones Coffee - Fulton

Food is okay. I ordered a latte with oat milk and the oat beverage tastes horrible. Staff friendly but just one person working at the time. We spent at least a hour ordering and waiting for our order. Place wasn’t clean, with a bunch of cobwebs all over. Unfortunately wasn’t a good experience.

The gal working the counter went above and beyond to make up for not making one of our drinks (totally not a big deal) — but seeing an act of customer service like that in 2023 feels rare so I am compelled to leave a glowing review! Go check this place out, totally worth it!

Chai tea was luke warm at best. The barista had a helluva time keeping up with the orders even though the place was empty. I'm not coming back. Ever.

I’ve had dishwater splash in my face with better flavor than this. Worst coffee I’ve had in awhile actually. Do yourself a favor and get some coffee from McDonald’s.

I regularly go to Jones. Love the coffee and every employee has been extremely friendly. Would love to see different orgin (single or blend) options for cold brew, I think something like this is missing in the area. Dietary restrictions: Large part of the menu is vegetarian.

Best espresso tonic I've ever had!

As a DoorDash driver it is unacceptable to not start an order and make us wait 20 minutes. Now I won't have a chance to even make minimum wage because of the delay. We have to make 3 deliveries an hour usually to make minimum wage. So please business owners pay attention to us! We have families!

Friendly service & their coffee is Amazing! Pastries are delicious! Nice relaxing atmosphere.
