The food was absolutely bad I thought I was going to puke when I seen hair in my sandwich

Great food!!! Especially the fries!

Sandwiches are great, would be nice if they wiped off the tables occasionally

This was our first ever visit. Not impressed. The food was actually quite good, but they were very slow, then they forgot one of our sandwiches. Also two sandwiches included ingredients that we had asked to be excluded.

Visited Jon Smiths Subs for the first time, let me tell you what a treat! I have had subs before, but man, this one was top notch! Landon was very helpful and recommended lots of things to try since it was my first time going there. I had extra provolone cheese on my teriyaki chicken sub and it was so ewey goey gloriness! Not to mention the cookies are great! Highly recommend visiting this little sub shop! I will never go to Subway again! Kid-friendliness: All staff were friendly!

Second time ordering a sub from them, not impressed, skimpy on items requested and they forgot the cheese, only white bread as a choice, don't think I'll give them another try

This is my first time coming to Jon Smith Subs. Landon was one of the most friendly & inviting employees I’ve been around in a long time. He took the time to talk to me, & showed so much passion for this establishment. It’s refreshing to experience this, & told him he needs to be the spokesperson. People don’t take the time to be friendly these days, so this was very appreciated.

Edit:12/3/23 - This place has a GREAT owner! He reached out to me and we discussed what happened. He explained the private event and was very apologetic. He also made some changes it appears. I have been back and back and back and back, well you get the point. The food is unbelievable guuuuuuuddddddd and the service is great as well. I will continue to eat here as.lpng as the food is good with great service and atmosphere. Again 180° from my original post. 2 thumbs up!! Original Post: Food is amazing atmosphere is totally opposite. I have been twice, first time it was like no one in the place wanted to be there. Second time was walking in the door of the restaurant and was stopped by 3 people saying they were closed. Come to find out the entire restaurant was closed for 2 days for a private event. The way we were informed at the door by those 3 was extremely rude. I love great food, but I can not stand pitiful and rude service. I had rather eat good to average food with great service than amazing food with no service or service with an attitude and don't want to be there. Needless to say, I along with quite a few others, will not go back to this place. Hope this review helps those look for great service while dining. Thanks and have a wonderful day!
