I placed my food order through the mobile app/online, with a pickup time of 8 PM EST. Upon arriving at the restaurant precisely at 8 PM, my order wasn't prepared. When I approached a staff member, he assured me they were working on it and took note of my name. Despite the initial delay, I ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes before inquiring at the counter, only to find out my order had been ready all along. Without checking again, I might have faced an even longer wait.

My only complaint is that they didn't give me my mashed potatoes, which we didn't notice until we were home. I didn't feel like going back just for that.

Got this for the first time a few weeks ago and will be returning again. Love the chicken and gravy. The spaghetti was amazing as well.

First time trying this restaurant. The food was amazing but very poor service. I walked in and wasn’t greeted at all. The atmosphere was a lil unwelcoming. Hopefully next time I com the customer service is way better.

Over priced!!!
