Jollibee

Food was terrible. Restaurant was dirty. They didn’t even give us any utensils to eat with and then had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to help address it. Sorry Jollibee not impressed. Waited 15 minutes for chicken tenders then got three chicken nuggets that were not even edible. Crispy fried rubber. My wife and kids got spaghetti and chicken said it was good.

I ordered a Chickenjoy Meal for $10 which comes with 2 pcs Chickenjoy, a drink, a side, and a pie. I wasn't given the pie, and when I asked why, it was because they rang me up for the Chickenjoy combo, which is just 2 pcs Chickenjoy, a drink, and a side for $9.99. They insisted that it's because it says the combo on the receipt, but I told them that I asked for the Meal and they wouldn't honor it. It's unfortunate and wrong to be scammed by a business like this. I’m not even sure why there’s the exact same menu item minus the pie for $0.01 less, especially since they’re using it to scam their customers.

Their spaghetti is different now Apparently the vendor got out of business only for the US locations. The sauce is no longer banana ketchup based. But you would literally get at like a high school cafeteria which really sucks.

They keep messing up orders

Been to most other Jolibee locations in Southern California. This location for some reason has the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Servers are immensely rude even when treated with upmost respect. After ordering, they proceeded to make fun of customers in bisayan/tagalog (regardless if they know you understand). As another fellow filipino, please do better and train your servers to atleast pretend to be kind

I am posting this, not to rate this particular location but to say that every Jollibee I have ever eaten at has been great! The chicken is so delicious, so juicy, so crunchy, and so fresh. Quick service and happy employees too! Jollibee Owner: or Manager: would you please consider opening a location in the Temecula Valley? There are really no good fried chicken restaurants here. We need Jollibee!!! Please?????
