Jollibee

Very low efficiency. The line was like 10 people. Waited for 20 mins still in line. And then told me the chicken takes 20 mins to cook. What the heck is this? And people just seat there not eating looks pretty full.

I was impressed at how large the dining area is at this Jollibee location. I am surprised that they are not letting customers grab their own condiments like before! Food is great if fresh and the staff are decent! Anywhere in this area downtown in Chicago has a great atmosphere, if visiting, traveling, on lunch for business or work, and a great location even for a shopping spree and quick lunch right the street from your skyrise or home! Vegetarian options: There are ways to order anything vegetarian! Dietary restrictions: If anyone who may have dietary restrictions you can always grab grilled chicken, eat less calories and no dessert, or look for something on the menu that fits perfectly with your dietary restrictions! Parking: You don't have to be very careful with parking in front of Jollibee since I believe it is a paid parking! It would be great if they had their own parking lot, however, that we'd be almost near impossible at this location downtown Chicago! Kid-friendliness: This is an awesome kid friendly location in the great safe place for children to have parties at! Wheelchair accessibility: Does Jollibee location is definitely wheelchair accessible, to enter, to sit and enjoy your meal, the bathrooms have wheelchair accessibility access, and you can order with tons of space and I feel claustrophobic with the wheelchair accessibility that they have at this Jollibee location!

Have been waiting for 50 minutes, what can I say? Some staff seemed like not working at all, they just walked around and performed rude to the customers.

Don’t come here if you have an hour lunch break… It takes these people at least that if not more to make your food and add on the 0 customer service skills

it was Tuesday afternoon and me and my friend ordered food at 4:40. I got Aloha and my friends got bacon&cheese burger. The cashier did not tell us that burger will take long and we were planning to take the train at 5:20. BUT we waited until 5:10 and people ordered after us alr got their food but we were still waiting. I asked them and they said burger will take a while and we waited until 5:25. We asked again and they said it will be done in 7 mins HOWEVER we finally got food at 5:45 and missed our train. We were mad how come a burger needs an hour to make and we were not told that it would take so long.

Staff incompetent and very slow. Usually I am understanding but this was unacceptable. Ordered food at 6:55pm (2024) and after 1 hour it still didn’t come. Hopefully it’ll come this time next year

The staff are real rude and real slow. Worst jollieebee location ive ever been to. PLEASE DONT COME HERE
