WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN. The ingredients here are solid and it's a light enough sandwich to enjoy during the workday. Quick service and clean presentation too... The only issue is the damn bread. Hard and brittle. Tasteless and stale. If they improved their bread to a level of fresh baked softness the sandwich would improve immensely. It's also a tad too expensive for what you get.

Amazing food, even in the lunch hour rush! I'm veggie and the seitan bahn mi and tofu bites bowl are both delicious. Would hugely recommend!

Love the joju bowl. Really great taste, even if the sauce can be a little much. Price is around $17-18 after tax.

I'm not sure about the other reviews, but to me the portions are super small. $16+ for basically some tough bread that will cut your mouth apart I also ordered a green sauce on the side, which I never received.

So, we were experiencing a heavy starvation period until we pulled out our phone and found JOJU LOL. The self checkout is extremely simple and enjoyable because there were photos that accompanied the food item. The food in which we nourished ourselves was nothing short of very good. The bahn mi sandwiches were filling and tasty + they played a song from the box office hit barbie, furthermore, a song from Travis Kelce’s girlfriend, TAYLOR SWIFT LOL. thank you for existing. you saved us from hunger peace be with you

This is a great, reasonably priced lunch spot. The food and delicious and filling; but know that it isn't really a sit-down place. There are a few tables where you can park it and eat your food; but the space is more for utility than aesthetics. Whether a bowl or sandwich, the food is good; but I'd recommend getting the bowls, if you want a bit more food (and maybe have a few bites for later!).
