JoJo's Shake Bar - Orlando

Excellent food, dessert and customer service was 10/10

I was very excited to come here because of the reviews I was seeing on TikTok but I was disappointed. The service was not good at all. We waited a while (30 minute intervals) in seeing our waitress. They also have lots of little charges (ranch, bbq sauce, etc) that they don’t tell you about until the bill. The amount spent was definitely not worth the quality of food we received. There’s also a bad smell as soon as you enter into the restaurant and it lingers throughout your time here. The milkshakes are okay but definitely not what I expected. My family visited from DC and I’m a bit embarrassed by trying this place with them. Save your money.

I ordered the Jojo fries, honey sandwich and the buffalo mac. Food had no flavor WHATS so ever. The best thing was the waffle fries. Nobody came to see if anything could be fixed. Food was left on the table. Drinks were watered down. Got an orange cream float and the soda was flat, the ice cream was hanging over the cup. The all around experience was terrible. Especially for how much they charge! $90 and all the food was left on the table.

First visit and definitely we coming back! Hanging with my teenagers we have a good time. Thank you Mr. Jaime for being a great waitress! Parking: Be ready for 5-10 walks because is not parking around.

Kenzie rocked and was super knowledgeable about the menu as well as very attentive. Parking: Parking was super easy and relatively cheap for Orlando.

Kenzie was the best server. She made us feel great and kept checking in with us. As well the music is so good and the place looks so cool and the food was phenomenal. Dietary restrictions: My friend is allergic to everything under the sun and she was able to eat here and not have an allergic reaction. Kid-friendliness: I saw so many kids enjoying 3 separate drinks and they were living there best life. As well as I would definitely bring my niece here.

Pretty disappointing tbh. For a shake place, you'd expect to get a half decent size (especially for the price). I got the hot dogs and my bun was clearly very old which made it difficult to get down. The place is adorable and great if you just wanna take some cool pictures, but the food portions, lack of included sides, and high prices are not worth it. Maybe if it tasted good.
