Joia Beach

Joya Beach is a beautiful beach in jungle island. Very fun vibes. Great atmosphere. Very good service and overpriced food. The place opens at noon till 11 pm for the restaurant, but the beach area stays open for a small beach party.

The ambience is beautiful, great for pictures, however the food is not worth it. Loud music, so prepare to speak loudly. The bathroom is at the beginning of the entrance.not attached to the building.

We use to love coming here but the vibe has change so much! First of all the host (Alexa) was rude, she has no hospitality what so ever. I understand that sometimes it is difficult to accommodate request but there’s a way to say things and this girl has no manners. Not sure how this beautiful place can allow people like her be the face of the place. When we finally got our table it was dirty, I feel bad for the servers who work very hard and is only a few of them and have to share tips with this host who just seats up there telling people where to seat. She has no sympathy towards her coworkers and most importantly the guest. The place speaks for itself with beautiful view and amazing music but some staff have to go. Shout out to Lexi who was able to do a simple accommodation!

Good was not bad at all. Had a little problem it was my wife’s birthday. A gift was given to he in a gift bag. We left about 10:45 pm leaving behind gift.Made contact next morning with general manage.Was very rood and dismissive stating nothing was left behind. Wife said she was going to reach out to channel 7 all of a sudden 3 days latter it appeared in very bad condition.i was there myself spoke to him in person I think his name is Aron or something like that. Extremely rood and dismissive I walked away because I take things very personal.Be ready more to come

I came in town. It was so excited to make reservations at this particular beach club. I am a solo traveler, as I am on a wellness vacation retreat. as I attempted to make reservations, the representative explained to me that they do not make for a party of one and the only available seating would be at the bar. I explained I had a recently injury and that bar seating would be very uncomfortable and could lead to re-injuring my knee. I asked if there was option to be seated at a two person , seeing as the chairs would be more conducive for my knee injury. The representative refused to inquire about possible accommodations saying they have a very booked afternoon, although I called prior to opening and could see multiple open timeslot for availability. I asked to speak to management and I was told that management does not come in until 2 PM which will be after my desired time. I think it’s completely horrendous that this establishment could not accommodate a party of one. The attitude from the rep was enough to push me to find another other plans and never want to revisit. It’s clear this establishment is not in Compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act in Florida. I wish that had been clearly noted on the website, so I could’ve had notice that this restaurant was incapable of providing its patrons with equal access to products, services and premises. This is just nasty business. Smh.

We spent the day at the Joia Beach Club and it was AMAZING! Roger waited on us and he was incredible. Very friendly and personable, he made us feel very comfortable. He is the best!

What a Vibe! Had a great dinner! The ambiance, food, cocktails & service were top notch! Highly Recommended!

Matias was superb -took great care of us and had great recommendations throughout the whole night. Made sure our vegan dietary restrictions were well taken care of. Very special place.
