Pizza is starting to go down… on the personal pie, half the slices is half crust even when ordering extra cheese… kinda disappointed
These guys are riding the name of the original John & Tony's that was located just South of this store and actually, the awning is still up on the corner of 60th&1st where the original restaraunt used to be. I used to order from there all the time back in the day. I happened to be in the area and when i ordered, i asked if this was the same restaurant and they told me it was even though it wasn't. Heroes were ok, not great like the original John & Tony's.
Delicious. Crispy crust and spicy sausage.
Pizza is really good, but the place is small, don't expect to dine in or with several people.
I thought they had closed, sure enough just relocated down the block. Their pizza was amazing years ago and slowly went downhill. I’ve decided to give the new place a try. Probably one of the best plain pies in the neighborhood. Ask for it well done, hot sauce on the side.
Overpriced at $3.50. Medium thickness crust with good flavor. In fact that's the only thing with flavor. No Italian seasoning flavor whatsoever. In fact, no seasoning detectable at all. Too much crust. Basically a slice of grilled cheese with some red stuff.
Found our first Rude New Yorkers after being in town for two days. Customer service definitely not at the top of the list here.
This place is a gem on the upper east side. Incredible pizza & chicken rolls. You must try!!
