John seafood

This place is amazing. They fry the fish exactly the way I'm used to back home-hard fried. The salad is what I call a salad; It didn't have two or three cherry tomatoes a bunch of iceberg lettuce and dressing- it was hearty. I will be returning again and I'm glad I stopped by.

Customer service goes a long way and here it was digusting...didn't deserve the 1 star at all....10 thumbs down

Friendly staff. The portions were good size, and the fried catfish was great.

We ordered fried combo i had Crab claws(they are tiny) and flounder(which was good). But honestly it tasted like food from the freezer section at the store tossed in the fryer. We ordered Hush Puppies but we never received them even after asking where they were at and she said they were on the way(never showed up) The waitresses were literally running back and forth to the kitchen. Making us think slow down before you fall or something it isn't that urgent. Overall just feels like chaotic and the food isn't worth the trouble

Love the customer service..Love how they interact with the customer and children..They laughed and played with my greatgrand daughter, she did not want to leave..We took her back 3 days later and they remembered her..I Love It

This place has a good menu however what they fail to realize is when someone orders something that's what the customer want not what John's seafood wants to serve. I ordered Lemon pepper wings twice from this place and sked them not to over cook it, they keep giving Cajun wings and they dexide to over cook it. The wings were black as if they have changed the gease in a while. I am guessing they don't know the difference. I would ordered a half a pound of crawfish and a separate half a pound of shirmp and they would add the potatoes and corn in both bags to make them heavy with just the cajun seasoning only and they would put all the seasoning in the bag. Again not what the customer ordered. Nor do they try to fix issues when they make a mistake at all. I can't continue to keep getting orders that I didn't order for the money I spend.
