Excellent everything all the way round
Pizza was a greasy disgusting mess and they charged me for paper plates. Not only did they charge for paper plates but i had to practically beg for them. The service is atrocious. Take your business to business to Madison Ave pizza, or Cristino's in Clearwater.
to MGMT: your front office was rude , when I inquired about my Grubhub order. I had a scheduled business lunch meeting with 7 other colleagues, who all received their food from other Grubhub restaurants. Last month the same exact 'excuse' was given to me, and apparently is an ongoing issue, based on other reviews below. The drivers arrive on time at your restaurant., but your folks continue to state "grubhub has your order set for 5PM". I would think by now, you would have worked this out. I suggested that if you are continuing to have this issue, perhaps you oughtto connect with grubhub to cure this ongoing problem, or as I suggested to your front office to confirm time of order expected. She replied, "you expect us to call every grubhub order?".... thats poor form. I will not be ordering from your business, and recommending my clients/colleagues choose an alternative place to eat until this is confirmed to be rectified.
Went in at lunchtime just hoping to grab a couple of slices to go. As I walked inside, two male employees were right at the front door putting down a mat. They finished that up and then quickly walked off without really saying anything to me... I figured ok, not a big deal, someone else would be along shortly. I stood there for several minutes at the register stand and read their menu/brochure while watching the two female employees helping patrons seated at tables. They asked them if they wanted boxes, or were ready for checks, and other minor things, while I continued to wait. Around that time, another couple walked in who were wanting to dine in, and stood right next to me. One of the waitresses acknowledged them from across the room and directed them to to a table. Not long after, ANOTHER two customers arrived for dine in service. They sat down in the waiting area - again, RIGHT next to ME - and I figured now, surely, someone would see the three of us milling about and come over. Hahahahaha. No. After they'd had enough waiting, they were allowed to help themselves to a table while I still stood there being blatantly IGNORED. I finally lost it when I saw one of the waitresses just casually wiping off an empty table -- AN EMPTY TABLE!! -- instead of helping me!! Are you ****ing serious!??? Goodbye!! I would recommend NOT going here if you're on a lunch break or something and want a quick bite to go, because god-knows-when anyone will actually prioritize helping you.... Try Leonardo's Pizzeria just up the road, in the plaza with Outback Steakhouse. They treat their customers like they matter and get you in and out in a timely manner (and oh yeah their food is delicious too!). I would've gone there but they're closed on Mondays - and, just my luck, it happened to be a Monday. Never again.
We dined here many times over the past 12 months. Unfortunately the service has declined. We went this past Sunday and arrived at about 7:30 pm. They advertise that they close at 9 pm. We never want to be the people that arrive minutes before closing. The manager seemed to want to get everyone out. The staff started sweeping and putting the chairs on the tables just before 8 pm. To me that means hurry up and leave. The person in charge who I think is Nick was yelling for the servers from the kitchen. Our service was terrible. After we were served we could not get the attention of anyone. Nick had our server in the back doing side work thus ignoring her customers. If they don't want customers later on Sundays then they should change their hours.
