They changed the tip amount to 50% of the bill. I took my mother out for a lunch and got a 30.88 meal. I tipped 5.00 15% of the meal. total of 35.88. just got the notification that I was charged 45.88. the bar tender Kelli C working Wed 3/6/2024 at 2:40pm changed the tip amount on the receipt to 15.00 and total amount to 45.88. I sure as he'll did not tip 50% I used to really like this place. Not anymore, patrons beware. Mind you this pic is the receipt I took home and not the one I signed with tip. But I know what I tipped.

I don’t know if it’s a new cook in Joes but the wings and potato skins were FIREEEEE. A very good crunch, sauce, flavor everything. 11/10.

Good place for cheap eats and a pint. Food options have improved since my last visit and the menu has options for those counting calories. Quality of the food was good and the service was fast.

I have been going there on and off for 3 years. There is no management at the New Albany location. Bar tenders are not friendly! Veteran beside me raised his glass 4 times before one bartender finished her shots w the regulars. Another bartender in gray sweats. Well, she was texting on her phone for at least 10 minutes leaning near cash register in plain site. Couldn’t care if the ole timer got his drink or not. Wings are really goo and so is the pizza. Rap music is sooooo loud and I tried to go on to touch tunes but it was off line. Place is empty and withe the amount of drinks the bar tenders consume and lack of customer it looks like the Gahanna/New Albany location doesn’t want to be busy. Best of luck because the food is good. Bad vibe. Some employees there for a good time….not a long time!
