Best NY style pizza in town.

This was our first experience at Joe's Pizza. We quickly found out you order your food at the counter, pay then someone brings your food to the table. I ordered Eggplant Parmigiano with linguine, garlic knots and salad (as stated on the menu board) but quickly found out that they no longer offer the salad with the entree. BIG NONO. It's on the board, you should honor it. I was told I could add it for an additional amount. SORRY. My wife had pizza (Hawaiian Style) won't get into that debate here. Food was good, sauce and Eggplant was flavorful and plenty of cheese pasta was cooked properly. . The counter person should not argue if the customer is adamant, just give the salad and please fix your sign. Price value is on par.

Came in around 7:30 PM to have dinner and restaurant was not too busy. You order at the counter and they deliver it to your seat, not my preferred but okay. Food came out fairly quickly. We order a Greek Salad, 9.95 for a large and 8.95 for the smaller size. (That's odd) it was a good size for dinner. Also ordered tortellini alla vodka. Looked okay, it.got super busy and loud with a large group towards the end.

Buena comida, excelente atencion y buen ambiente

I ordered from Joe's today. They forgot to give the Door dash driver my complete order. Then only offered to give me a credit for the item they forgot. Customer service where I'm from, would of sent the driver back to pickup what was missing and then sent some garlic knots on the house for the inconvenience. I guess I'm not in Chicagoland anymore?
