Joe's Crab Shack

Very friendly staff. Food was timely and delicious. Good happy hour drink specials.

Had dinner here yesterday, food was delicious, service was awesome, we had a good time. :-)

We were so happy to see a Joe's Crab Shack near our hotel in Tempe! Every one we interacted with on Sunday March 10, dinner shift, was friendly! Kody was our server, he was awesome. My son had poked himself with a crab cracker, and Kody grabbed a bandaid and also checked on my son as he was coming back to the table. The gentleman server from the next station over had an autism tattoo and we chatted a bit, he also noticed my son had on a NASCAR shirt, we had just come from the Phoenix race. He shared a story with us and that was really cool!! We can't wait to come back and ask for either server, they were both nice and courteous!

It was good. But I felt like it could have been better.

Well as always, food was good, server was good...but for some reason i just wasn't fully satisfied. I feel like the price of Snow crabs are over rated. We ate for 3 and total was over $125 and we left with room to spare. Ha! I've decided that I'd prepare Snow Crabs at home for less and still feed many. I'm sorry, just wasn't all to rave about. I'm sure it'll be a long while till we return.

Server Brandon and manager Alex both exceed expectations when coming to a family restaurant. We stopped in here on our trip back to Tucson and we felt very taken care of! Will absolutely come stop here again hopefully soon. Thank you guys!

The restaurant was clean. The server Cody was exceptional. The food was good after we had to send it back because it was cold. I'm definitely going to return and ask for Cody because he is such a great server. Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap parking spots, and the restaurant is ADA compliant.
