I've been going to Joes Crab Shack over 10yrs plus at the Western Ctr & 35S in Fort Worth. They have the best team and management. Especially James who's been managing that location forever. He's always attentive to all the customers and that's what keeps me, my family and friends keep dinning their. THANKS JAMES AND ALL THE TEAMS MEMBERS OF JOES CRAB SHACK OFF WESTERN CTR & 35S. KEEP IT UP. WE KNOW YOU KEEP THAT LOCATION RUNNING LIKE CLOCKWORK.

Everything was perfect about this place! Made my son's 10th Birthday one he will remember forever!

The food was amazing, fresh and full of flavor. The staff and manger made us feel like we're family. We're from New Mexico and don't have Joe's Crab Shack, so this was a delight to have something new. This is a must go when in Texas. Try the smores dessert it was heaven!!! Our food was good, but our waitress never came by to check if we needed drink refills, water. I finally had to go and find her to ask for refills, and then she never returned when we needed refills once again.

Service was fantastic. The food was good as expected. I had the crab while the other two had fish and chips. Surprised by the size of their fish. Was a lot for the price.

We are semi-regular customers of Joe's and have experienced great atmosphere and food each and every time we have come in. Today, we came in and had an issue with how the Oysters Rockefeller were prepared. We let the manager James know, and he more than took care of us and was so friendly. After that, he came by to check on us a couple of times himself. Our server Zaina was delightful and on top of our needs. The oysters here tasted better and were larger than many other seafood restaurants we have visited. You can tell a lot about a restaurant based on how a manager handles an issue, and James makes Joe's look good. We will certainly be back again. Kid-friendliness: Fun kids menu and dessert options.
