Ridiculous prices for sandwich that had MINIMAL OF EVERYTHING IF YOURE GOING TO CHARGE OUTLANDISH PRICES FOR A SANDWICH AT LEAST PUT A GOOD AMOUNT OF ALL INGREDIENTS ON IT. THE STAFF ARE FLAKY AND LACKADAISICAL A JOKE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS OVERPRICED TYPICAL RIP OFF PRETENTIOUS PLACE. LOOK AT THE REVIEWS THEY OBVIOUSLY LOVE DOING BAD BUSINESS AND GRUBBING MONEY
nearly 30 minutes to get 1 sandwich with TEN people behind the counter. Decided to save on delivery and come in store myself. Put 30 minutes on the meter, took about 3/4 minutes to walk over. Ordered a juice which i got within a minute, and a tunacado. Thought i had well enough time on the parking meter but apparently 9 out of the 10 people behind the counter are new hires and getting their tutorial on how to make a sandwich. Totally understand having to train new hires- but this shouldn’t hinder a customer getting their order in a timely manner. Came back to a parking ticket that costs way more than the delivery would have. Clearly way too many people behind the counter as they were all tripping over eachother and just getting confused. save time and just order delivery- it’s well worth the extra like 10 bucks. would like to add- i was at the miami brickell location about a week ago. it was SO busy, online orders non stop printing out of the machine, and 3 people behind the counter one solely dedicated to taking orders. clearly stressed and overwhelmed (the girl literally said “oh my god they won’t stop printing” to me) and even then it only took about 15/20 mins to get 2 sandwiches, a latte, and two juices.

You need a phone number that will reach the restaurant directly. This is absolutely asinine. Your app malfunctions and I can’t contact the store. It’s incredibly frustrating to be hung up on by a robot when I have a simple question about my order. I’m from out of town for business and do not have time to go all the way to the store when a phone call would have sufficed. And forcing people to use an app that hardly works just to order 1 time is ludicrous.

Today is my 3rd time visiting this location all 3 times got the same thing and price is always different today it was the most $31 from the last time last week $22 the employees talk so much with each other the always stop to talk while making my order and I always tip! So I would expect them to be a little more faster or respectful by not having a conversation last week they forgot to make my smoothie because they started talking today they just took long due to them talking and laughing
