The place is so nice! Very spacious, very clean and great vide! Plenty of places to sit. The staff were so kind. I don’t think it deserves the 1 star review many have posted. I would 100% come again. The staff may be young/less experienced, but I think they deserve a chance to work, learn and grow. I felt it is very impressive how hard working these young people are. AND I felt they were great to begin with, and good job!

Who owns this place?! Customer service is ATROCIOUS. Drinks are tiny, food is subpar. Don't get the fresh juice, see pic. While I'm ordering, the gal picks up her phone, and guess what she didn't get my order correct. Instead of fixing it, she tells me she'll charge me for the correct size. You need to fire the entire staff. LAZY. When we walked in, the cashier was sitting on the counter on her phone (pic) The bathroom needs attention, and not just napkins tossed in there and soap should be put into the dispensers. They're all loudly complaining about customers after they've ordered as they sit inside. For as much as this place charges per item, it'd be great to have employees that put in some effort. They can't even be bothered to label your groups items, allergies be damned. You should be MORTIFIED with how your staff treats the customers. We will not be coming back. Dietary restrictions: STAFF DOES NOT TAKE SERIOUSLY. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE A SERIOUS ALLERGY.

They really don't deserve all these bad reviews! I had an amazing experience earlier this Friday. It was a little slow, but there was just enough staff to get my order going. I didn't ask for their names, but I did overhear some. Isabella, Steven, and Diana (One more girl that I forgot the name of) were great. My sandwich was just perfect, crispy and delicious. Although I understand some people don't like the idea of teens running a cafe, I think they're not looking past the hard work they all do here. The cafe was nice and clean, and trendy music playing (Nothing like the harsh reviews talking about songs with profanity). This is an amazing spot, and the staff have been amazing!! Very large eating area, and all around good vibes too. Give Joe a chance :)

It's horrible experience. Today, our group ( more than 10ppl ) ordered food through DoorDash. ( each person ordered their own food ) The delivered food didn't have any name one it, so it was chaos. And, there were even not delivered food. I ordered a sandwich + a banana bread ( actually, I didn't get my sandwich either, so I ate a left over pizza ). There wasn't any banana bread. One of my peers ordered a brownie. It was also missing. maybe they might have missed some food. how can they just totally missed putting name on each food's package. It's NOT acceptable for a group order.

I want my money back! I don’t think I have ever been so disappointed in a service before. My boyfriend and I ordered two drinks and two sandwiches. We clarified with the cashier that we have severe nut allergies and asked for sandwiches without pesto. Yet, upon opening one of the sandwiches, we saw pesto smeared on the bread. I am livid - this could have landed us in the emergency room. Not to mention, the overpriced drinks tasted like watered down fruit pulp. Likewise, it took 20 minutes for the FIVE employees to make such a SIMPLE order. What a complete waste of money. $50 for the worst drinks I have ever tasted, and a sandwich that could killed my boyfriend and I. I’d like to see our dietary restrictions taken more seriously and faster service. Do better.
