Came in on a very cold morning to a warm greeting by friendly staff, a clean and comfortable atmosphere and the tunacado and matcha latte were delicious!

I'm done. I gave this place three chances and there's always something wrong whenever I come here. Tonight was the last straw!!! Apparently their app and card systems were down, so I paid via cash. They owed me 32 cents in change and they didn't give me my change. I mentioned this and the cashier told me that they didn't have the change. They stole my money they didn't even apologize or offer any type of comp. What's more, they gave me the beverage without putting a sleeve on it and so it was burning hot. You have to carry the beverage over to another counter that has the sleeves rather than them having a container of them on the pickup table. This is dangerous for customers and staff. I burned my hands... Other than this, the waiting time is always abysmal even though it's never crowded when I visit. I'm just done.

Just had a large cold brew. Average place, not too busy. Hate the fake straws! Medium strength coffee, ran $6.

Nice, peaceful and not crowded. The music was a little too loud.
