Great coffee/pastries, great staff,… and somehow they were playing all the music from my playlist ;)

Forgot to make my sandwich, then made like 50 sandwiches of the people who came in after me. Worst Joe and the Juice that I've ever been to.

Waited 15 minutes for a hot chocolate. No heads up that it was going to take long. No apology for the long wait. Nothing. And the hot chocolate didn’t even taste that good. Waste of time literally and $5.

I ordered a choco shake . It was pretty sweet, it means for me is unhealthy. But this is my mistake to choose the shake instead the fruit smoothie. Any way they didn’t wash well their blender and I saw fruit in the boxes on table, they looked not fresh. The banana in my shake was black. It was about 6 pm. I guess they cut the fruit in the morning. I love Joe & The Juice but next time I’ll choose different location like Columbus Circle or Greenwich Village.

I was waiting for 20 minutes for my order I set on the app, literally 5 people that came after me got their orders first, and if I didn’t asked twice for my order I think I’ll have waited more than 30min
