Joe Coffee Company

This is easily one of my favorite coffee shops on the upper west side! Their coffee is delicious. The coffee alone earns it a 5 star from me. Seating is limited, but if you go early or get lucky you can snag a seat. There is a bathroom, it’s just tucked away behind the counter on the left. ❤️ If you need cinnamon and sugar, head to the station to the left of the counter.

Great coffee. Got the Christmas special - coffee with fig butter, balsamic glaze, and cinnamon. Was very good

Great place, everyone loves the coffee — if they’d allow dogs, they’d be even better!

Great coffee, friendly staff, but too many squatters. Too many tables occupied by folks with empty or no coffee cups. The staff should ask people to leave when they finish their coffee.

Double shot espresso very very good pull... Lacking a bit of crema on top but the taste was great.

You know, I'm curious about new flavors. I tried this latte with oat at the branch in UWS. Fig and balsamic! Frankly, it was delicious. But the employees were acting a little sloppy. He put the cup very hard, there was no latte art anyway. Overall, the coffee was nice, the staff could be more polite.

Nasty staff member who got angry when I asked her to wipe down a dirty table, as she was holding a RAG in her hand! Unnecessarily rude. Better coffee elsewhere. Also, don’t get black cherry espresso unless you are looking for a castor oil replacement.
