Must try the Sushi Crunch, its the best!! I received the best service there and the quality of the food is great. The owners are the sweetest people.

The rice was stale like it was two days old. It was obvious that I was bothering them to order a 13 dollar poke bowl. Not recommend.

I heard about this place from the owner and unfortunately the service was terrible and the young people working did NOT care about customer service or the food they were making.

Really really mediocre. Could have made the poke bowl at home for 1/5 of the cost. Small two tablespoons of fish with a giant amount of rice. Think this place used to do burgers now magically is a poke and sushi place. Took absolutely forever on a dead Saturday afternoon. Meh. I’d go elsewhere.

I love Poke and I didn’t know about this place that’s 2 miles from my house. First time visit and I loved it: great environment and good tastes good and fresh. I will be back for sure!

I think first review I’ve ever given. 21 dollars for maybe 4 pieces of tuna and 3 pieces of avocado, maybe 1 oz of rice . I mean I feel bad for the owner. I’m sure he is not ok with this but whoever is working there is ruining this place.

If I could give no stars I would. I went here tonight first time ever. Came and bought some food here the guy was so helpful. Greeted me and I asked which one he preferred etc. I ordered sat down to eat and realized both my orders were wrong. I went back to him and said “hey these are both wrong he looked at them apologized and then spoke to a lady that was cooking the food her name was JOANNA he said. Upon speaking to her she ignored his request to remake the food because it was wrong and continued to do as she pleased. She rolled her eyes had an attitude didn’t want to speak with him as to whether the fish was done properly as requested. She made me so uncomfortable I told him don’t even worry about it because she seems to have an issue as ti make the food correctly and I said I’ll just take a refund. I said if she doesn’t want to make the food that is fine I’ll just leave. I have never been to an establishment where I wasn’t at fault and just wanted what I ordered and the person cooking the food refuse to do it. If I would have came yelling and screaming that would have been different. Her behavior was disgusting and distasteful. She basically told him she is not doing it . That’s crazy. I took my money to the ramen stand instead next to them and spent my money there. I actually bought from everyone inside the market and tried everything plus I brought my kids and family. I would never go back and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLace either!!!! Disgusting customer service she (JOANNA) behaved as if I came there begging for the food and not spending my own money. Joanna needs a customer service course or a different job. I will be walking past this place every time I go back. Go somewhere else not here. I got the owners number form the guy at the front I will definitely leave a message for him (Mr. Thomas)to retrain his workers cause this behavior from his establishment made me and my family upset. My kids were all disappointed and so was my mom. SMH.

Horrendous experience. Waited 30 minutes for a squalid dry poke bowl , prepared by someone at snail pace and handed by a rude cashier who couldn’t care less about the customers. This was on 09/30/23 around 2pm. These people should either be well trained or fired, this kind of service doesn’t even deserve one star. Stay away

I had the crispy rice salmon . It was absolutely delicious.
