The ramen was just OK. My Yuzu shio ramen was almost cold. The chashu was cold, the spinach was cold. I'm not sure what went wrong in the kitchen maybe they just got these ingredients out of the fridge? But yes because the low temperature I couldn't smell the yuzu's special aroma. But I did taste the yuzu once I started slurping in the noodles. The egg was great. The yolk was absolutely perfect. The gyoza was the best dish of the night. It was crispy and the pork stuffings were nicely seasoned. I don't remember ramen being so expensive in Asia. Ramen is considered soul food, kind of like the tomato basil soup and grilled cheese to Americans. There was no expensive ingredient like truffle oil or caviar in it. I'm not sure about the $15 price tag. But I guess it is just common practice to rip off American consumers since it's from Aisa? Turned out the most expensive ramen of the world is in NYC.

I've heard so much about JINYA, and wanted to try it for myself to see what all the hype was about. They have numerous locations in and around the Atlanta area. They have some appetizers that were pretty good and some that I just couldn't try, now to the good part I ended up getting JINYA Chicken Ramen. It comes with grilled chicken however I didn't want grilled chicken so I subbed it for the crispy chicken which I thought was going to be in it but they gave it to me on the side and I had to cut it up and put it in the ramen myself which I didn't really like. They didn't have garlic butter which was kind of disappointing but the Ramen was okay it wasn't nothing to rave about. At least I can say I tried it and I didn't really care for it so I don't think I'll be going back to another location. It looks like I will continue to go to my favorite spot which is "Kin NoTori Ramen Bar Midtown Atlanta" I say try it out to see if it's something that you would like or love and go from there. Also the atmosphere was really nice this is however during lunch time I'm pretty sure it's a whole lot better in the evening and at night especially in that surrounding area that is located in. Vegetarian options: They have a limited vegetarian option on their menu but they do have one. Dietary restrictions: N/A Parking: The parking is somewhat limited because it's in a apartment complex or condo development. But it's really nice!!! Kid-friendliness: Yes they have kid items on the menu and it's kid friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: Most certainly wheelchair accessible and in the restaurant as well.

I loved this place. Came in today and they will no longer allow substitutions. I’m about to spend over 80 on a meal and can’t switch from solid to shredded meat. I will take my money elsewhere.

I am a regular at this particular location and I always have a short pleasant meal and go about my day. Last night I brought 3 of my friends along to share the experience with them , they all ordered the exact thing I did. We were blessed with not only great food and fresh ingredients but an amazing server named Carmen. She was very welcoming , friendly , and took care of our needs before we could even mention them , super thoughtful and fast with her service. If you are every in the area and decide to eat here , you'll always have great service but she's extraordinary. Will def bring my friends here at a later date again , might even become the new hang out spot for us.
