Lots of seafood & meat options with reasonable price. Always leave here with a big full tummy!
This place has decent food, but HORRIBLE service. They don't do reservations, and have wait times. The front was super crowded when we went, which is fine. However, we asked the hostess how long the wait was: she said 30 min. Almost an hour later we asked again and she said: "That will be another 30-40 min." We had already been patient waiting almost an hour. We asked why we were given such an inaccurate estimation to begin with and she basically brushed us off saying it was their "policy." We were not the only people that were going up to the hostess getting upset, even asking if there was a time limit for current diners. The hostess responded: "2 hours, but we can't just ask them to leave." What is the point having the time limit then if the employees don't hold diners to it? Especially when they have a whole front area full of waiting people? The only reason I am not giving a lower rating is because I had Jin Shabu once before, and I was luckily able to be sat down and the food was good. But people try new places for the food, but they come back for the service and experience. Please tell people more accurate wait times, and do some kind of reservation system. Or at least hold diners to the 2 hour time limit.
This is my first time eating at jin shabu, and it has been one of the best places I’ve eaten at. The meat and seafood are really good, and the place is really vibrant and aesthetic . The staffs (Kayling, AJ, Kyle, and Malian) are super nice, friendly and considerate, as they always check up on us and ask if we need or want anything. I would definitely recommend coming back and bring more friends and family!
The food was really good, love to come here for hot pot/ shabu shabu. The service was really good and attentive, especially Kayling, Kyle, AJ, and Malian. They were really nice and great service.
Love this place. The food is always good and the staff are always friendly. Be prepared to wait, they're that good.
People read first the menu and make sure the check the price is for individual person no letter if you eat or not no recomendable for kids. Is the more expressive and service poorly. Vegetarian options: No
I came with a friend who was from out of town and we really enjoyed it. Everything is up front on the menu that you receive at the table. The rest is a buffet. Go in knowing youll spend $200 plus on 3 people or more. But it is worth it! The photos I have are partially eaten food. I forgot to take it sooner.
