Jim's Frostie Treats

Have been to Jim’s over a dozen times and tonight was not the Jim’s I know. Ordered a banana pudding with no wafers . It comes out with graham crackers . I politely said I ask for no wafers and was told it was graham crackers . I said graham crackers do not come in it as I order this every-time and read the description and no where mentions graham crackers. The female workers gave the young man who remade it smart remarks that I could hear . “Once they pay for it we don’t remake it , that’s a waste” . Why would I pay for something I didn’t ask for , It is a waste of my money. In addition , my boyfriend ask for a brownie and cheesecake Arctic Frostie and they messed up on his first one and remade it . It was still incorrect as it didn’t have cheesecake in it , my boyfriend was fed up at that point and just took his messed up order. Lesson learned : take my business where accuracy matters and if there are mess ups it is fixed without smart remarks .

Great little ice cream shop!

First time. Variety of hard ice cream, frozen custard, and soft swirl. Cones, sundaes, shakes. Reasonable pricing. Walk-up windows. Quick service.

What a great local spot! It’s open quite late, and there is always a line, wait was about 7 minutes. Parking lot is quite busy too. But it was totally worth it! The Twix ice cream so as the vanilla custard with sprinkles was delicious Service was nice and friendly, we also asked for some water and they were happy to help. And the atmosphere is great, ambience is nice with all the neon lights, and there is a lot of seating spots around!

Wonderful neighborhood ice cream shoppe. Love their fall menu which includes apple and pumpkin treats! Cash or credit accepted. Also, they are accommodating with allergies. My peanut/tree nut free kids always get sprinkles on their soft serve and the staff uses safe sprinkles from the back. Greatly appreciate this!!

Best cookie dough ice cream around; they do not skimp on it and pack it in!
