Frozen meat, onion rings, fried food in Styrofoam container that melted. All bad.

we bought food from here today. I've never seen such sad looking Chilli cheese fries.. they were hard, cold and lacking flavor. my burger was cold and gray. the ranch was watery. overall it was underwhelming and we don't be going back. we've ordered from other locations and never had an experience like this one
