Order on the app, but dined in. Food was ready when I arrived. Delishous and filling!
YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO TELL SOMEONE TO CHANGE GLOVES WHEN MAKING FOOD POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I went through the drive thru tonight and had a very poor experience. I asked for red wine vinegar for my son’s sandwich and was given Italian dressing. I told the young man with long hair that I wanted the red wine vinegar and he told me that is all they had. I pointed to the numerous gallon jugs of red wine vinegar and said I would like the red wine vinegar. He again told me the Italian dressing was the only option. I ordered the beach club and there was barely any guacamole and no bacon at all. I asked for it plain and it had mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato. Service was also very slow and we waited almost 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches.
One star for food is because I never got to eat it. This location is too busy for their own good. "Freaky fast" sub too 18 minutes to get. Made me late for my appointment, so I never tasted it. Employees must have been overwhelmed as they were very curt with customers wondering where their sandwiches were. Jimmy makes great sandwiches, I would just recommend a site without a drive-thru. I can get a pizza made in 20 minutes, shouldn't take 18 for a sandwich. EVER.
Their staff are really friendly, great food, and an easy app to use and had n rewards from.
