Always a good experience at Jimmy John's. I drove about 10 mi to get that sandwich for my lunch break.
As many of the other recent reviews have pointed out, avoid this location. Three sandwiches on the order and they got every single one of them wrong
Ordered my sandwich received it with no meat. Came back to the window and the girl argued with me about how she was there alone, that's cool I don't care just wanted meat on my sandwich.
When I walked in there was a single customer awaiting their order. It took a couple minutes for someone to a acknowledge me, no big deal. The drive thru must have been somewhat busy as I noticed the girl working it “rolling her eyes” and huffing. I later found out her name was Catherine. I knew I was in fro a treat at this point. She comes over and asks me for my order, I tell her I only wanted two loaves of bread, she refused me service saying that she “couldn’t”. I have bought bread here many times, and I always call in the order if I’m getting a large amount of bread or sandwiches. If you can’t sell two loaves of bread, you aren’t running your business appropriately. Catherine is not an employee I would hire at the business I manage. Poor customer service.
RUDE! If you only want to work the drive through customer lock the door ! We waited to place our order for about 10 minutes should have walked out then because we were the only people in the store,then the lady was very rude with us taking our order and wouldn't let us finish telling her what we wanted or didn't want on the sandwich and slammed them on the counter needless to say we will not be back!!!

Ordered a new wrap not worth $10 at all. Very little meat too much sauce and wrap was very small.. I wish I could get my money back
Food was delicious as always. The cashier that served me was very rude.
