Jimmy John's

I have ordered from this location a few times and each time they always forget something on my order! Most of the time I order it before I get home from work (boyfriend is usually home when I order that's why I do it) so I can't check it tell I get home but by then it's to late to call and complain!

Super fast delivery, great customer service

So went to Jimmy John's one night and they were so rude the kids were young they act like really dumb they we said a meal and then he got mad like I was stealing or something I will never probably go to Jimmy John's again and it was one of my favorite restaurants they're very rude that customer that to their customers I don't like that and my sister and me love Jimmy John's and they accuse me for stealing when I told him a meal and they charged me for a meal and then they my sister and my brother-in-law just got sandwiches and I got the meal saying that I was stealing the chips talking really rude to my brother-in-law didn't like that at all never probably would go to that Jimmy John's again

I had an issue the first time I visited this location. Spoke with the manager Brittany and she heard my concerns and apologized asked me back on her. I finally came today and she didn’t know who I was at first but the customer service we received in the beginning set the tone for our whole experience. Food was great Brittany definitely deserves 7 stars she made our food personally you rock Brittany thanks for taking the time and hearing me and inviting back it was worth the trip see you in A few weeks

Awful service

So I don't usually go to Jimmy John's, but out of all the sandwich places I do go to I went to this one. I ordered a tuna fish sandwich with some special items added onto it. I ended up waiting for 10 minutes and then they told me that they didn't Have the tuna and they needed to make it. I then sat for another 10 more minutes and then I went up and I asked him, would it be easier if I just ordered a different sandwich? he said he didn't know, but the tuna was being made in the back, so I asked him how long will that take? He said he didn't know lol and I thought that was kind of funny. If he works in the sandwich shop shouldn't he know how long it takes to make a tuna mix? as a customer I didn't understand what goes into it but apparently it takes a really long time. I ended up ordering a different sandwich. The roast beef and it was a pretty good sandwich but it wasn't the sandwich I wanted. As a restaurant owner I figured I would've made the sandwich that I wanted and given it to the customer for free, even though they didn't get the sandwich to begin with the hassle. This Manager Doesn't have very good customer service skills. I left upset and dissatisfied. But it's only a sandwich, but I think I will continue to go to Subway.

It's far too often freaky inaccurate...I dont care about freaky fast if the order is wrong. This has been an issue with Jimmy John's overall. Painful. Typically go to other places for a sandwich because of this but tried these guys again after a long break. Same thing...not accurate.

I ordered a wrap and half of it was soggy. I didn't enjoy that but the other half was great.
