The staff were nice and friendly, but I was not impressed with this location. The atmosphere was a little dull, compared to other Jimmy John's locations. Not to mention, I felt sick after eating a #12 Beach Club, purchased from this location. Hours after I ate my sandwich for lunch, then finished the rest for dinner, I puked it all up twice! Something was wrong with that sandwich, whether it was the turkey or the avocado spread, SOMETHING. I will definitely avoid ordering a #12 at other locations, and I don't want to come back to this one anytime soon. Update: It is now the next morning, and since then, I have puked 6 more times. So yes, definitely food poisoning
Despite this location dealing with an emergency they for filled my order. The manager called let me know they had a situation and worked with the Kennedy location to get my order filled. They are great! Thank you.
Best quick lunch around. Very friendly staff, highly recommend!
The worst Jimmy Johns I've been to, won't be going back. Service is non-existent.
I visited on January 3, 2024 at around 8 pm and Yurely was working. She was rude, didn't greet us and when I asked what came on a sandwich she replied with, “It says it on the menu!” I asked if she was okay and she proceeded to curse and me and threatened to call the cops. I know people need their jobs but she needs to be fired. She was condescending and nasty.
Walked in around 8 pm tonight to get three sandwiches for myself and two colleagues after performing a 4 hour surgery. Two young kids in there. I order my food one #7 giant & 2 #11's regular with chips and a drink. One kid asks me "Do you even know what you're ordering?" in an almost condescending tone. I tell him yes, two #11's and a #7 giant with chips and a drink. Then the other kid has to manually punch in the order with a disgusted look on his face. He hands me two cups, instead of 3. Before I realize this, I fill the two I got up with ice and then I realize I only needed one drink. ( It's been a REALLY long day ) I throw one of the cups of ice into the trash and walk back to the counter to grab the chips. One of the kids looks at me with a complete look of hatred and says "Why you comin' in here makin' messes?" I said, "What happened?" I look back and a couple of ice cubes fell on top of the trash can when I threw my drink away. At that point I'm done. I don't want anything made by this kid. I tell them to keep the sandwiches on my way out. Disgusting customer service. People walking around with chips on their shoulders with victim complexes have no business in the food industry.
The beach club is my favorite sub. The service in jimmy John's was never friendly.
